About the role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex commissioning and qualification projects within the life sciences industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the execution of commissioning and qualification projects
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and regulatory affairs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations
• Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commissioning and qualification projects
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects
• Experience with regulatory compliance and documentation
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GxP guidelines and regulations
• Experience with commissioning and qualification methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with pharmaceutical or biotech industry processes
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
