Key Responsibilities
- Lead CQV programs from planning through execution.
- Manage project scope, schedules, and client expectations.
- Partner with clients, engineering teams, and project stakeholders.
- Drive project delivery while meeting quality and compliance objectives.
- Lead cross-functional CQV activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Cook with internal and external teams to ensure project success.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) projects.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, and client expectations.
- Experience collaborating with clients, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to drive project delivery while maintaining quality and compliance objectives.
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing projects is preferred.
