Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of the CPQ system within Salesforce
• Aid in configuring products, pricing rules, bundles, and quote templates
• Assist with troubleshooting CPQ-related issues and support Sales and Operations users
• Participate in gathering and documenting business requirements for CPQ enhancements
• Aid in testing (UAT) of CPQ changes, releases, and system upgrades
• Maintain CPQ-related documentation, including configuration logic and user guides
• Collaborate with senior engineers, admins, and business stakeholders on improvement initiatives
• Learn and follow best practices for Salesforce, CPQ configurations, and system governance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0–2 years of experience working with Salesforce in a configuration, admin, analyst, or technical support role
• Hands-on experience with a CPQ system (Salesforce CPQ, ServicePath, Conga CPQ, Oracle CPQ, etc.)
• Basic understanding of sales processes such as quoting, pricing, discounting, and approvals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work in a collaborative team environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include experience or exposure to ServicePath CPQ, Salesforce Administrator or CPQ-related certification (or interest in pursuing certification), and familiarity with Salesforce concepts such as objects, flows, validation rules, and reports.
