Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) - Orlando, FL Location: Orlando, FL Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday | On-call and weekends as needed License: Licensed CPO required Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CPO for a leadership role combining direct patient care with clinical operations, staff coordination, and compliance oversight. Key Responsibilities Provide orthotic and prosthetic patient care.Develop and maintain clinical protocols and performance standards.Monitor clinician productivity, workflows, and documentation.Coordinate clinician scheduling and chart reviews.Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures.Collaborate with hospitals, physicians, and outside providers.Support clinical operations and staff performance. Qualifications Licensed CPO required.Minimum 2 years of CPO experience.Bachelor's degree preferred.Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques preferred.Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills.
