About the Role
SRE Engineering, D.P.C. is hiring a CPM Scheduler to support construction management services on NYC Health + Hospitals capital improvement projects. You will develop and maintain master project schedules, perform critical path and variance analyses, and keep stakeholders informed of project progress and risks.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update CPM schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent software
- Perform critical path analysis, variance analysis, and schedule impact studies
- Prepare weekly look-ahead schedules and monthly schedule narrative reports for OFD
- Evaluate contractor time extension requests and recommend approval or denial
- Coordinate with Project Managers and field staff to capture accurate progress data
- Prepare resource-loaded schedules and earned value tracking as directed
Qualifications
- 10+ years of CPM scheduling experience on construction projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 required; MS Project a plus
- Healthcare facility or occupied institutional construction experience strongly preferred
- Experience with NYC public sector clients and prevailing wage projects preferred
- PSP, PMI-SP, or equivalent scheduling certification a plus
