Meyers Printing is seeking a CPG Packaging Growth Manager to lead initiatives in folding cartons and PS labels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging growth strategies and a proven track record in driving sales and market share growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for folding cartons and PS labels within the CPG industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for market expansion and product innovation.
• Lead the analysis of market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in packaging management or related field.
• Proven track record of driving sales and market share growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
