Responsibilities
- Produces and reviews technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of specific technical areas.
- Captures and schedules Video Teleconferences for Senior Leadership.
- Serves as the facility maintenance point of contact for the Program Executive Office (PEO).
- Recommends measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product or service, and suggests changes to increase efficiency.
- Tracks special duty and ad hoc actions.
- Coordinates facilities management.
- Submits Work Orders in support of facilities maintenance and computer repair services.
- Tracks and manages internal communications and workflow using SharePoint or other designated systems.
- Prepares documentation to support equipment purchases and management.
- Verifies security clearances, provides security access badging, provides SMO code via the Defense Information Security System (DISS), and coordinates and provides escort duties.
- Participates in recurring meetings.
- Submits requests or tickets for service.
- Writes and updates scenarios for operational planning and emergency preparedness.
- Prepares quarterly/annual reports.
- Works with the APG Installation Management Command (IMCOM) to complete Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) in accordance with AR 5-18 and updates the stationing plan if there is growth to the organization.
- Participates in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and coordination meetings.
- Attends and coordinates all high visibility visits by conducting tasks such as: scheduling office calls, creating agendas, arranging transportation, providing meal plans, providing administrative and protocol expertise, providing audio visual support, and printing briefing packages.
- Safeguarding and delivering Government material.
- Coordinating and aligning meetings.
- Preparing meeting minutes.
- Transporting VTC equipment and ensuring VTC connectivity for the Command Post Element (CPE).
- Developing materials or presenting training for professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience is required.
- As a substitute, ten (10) years of additional direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.
