About the role

We are looking for team members to join our innovative rideshare platform that supports people with disabilities and the aging population. Our mission is to enhance independence through mobility, collaborating with state government and private healthcare corporations to assist those in need during the pandemic.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with riders and drivers
• Ensure riders and drivers follow CDC guidelines including mask-wearing and vehicle safety measures
• Help individuals access essential services such as work, doctor’s appointments, and social integration
• Operate within essential business guidelines

Requirements

• Willingness to follow CDC guidelines and wear a mask at all times
• Ability to drive safely and responsibly
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport
• Flexibility to work in various locations and hours

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Passing background check
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of local transportation regulations
