What You'd Be Handling Drafting pleadings, briefs, and coverage opinions that carry real weightPreparing and responding to written discoveryAnalyzing insurance policies and advising clients on coverage positionsConducting legal research using Westlaw and Lexis/NexisReviewing documents and building case strategy ahead of litigationTaking and defending depositions, and attending hearings and mediationsPreparing court filings and submissionsCorresponding directly with clients and colleagues on active matters What You Bring Licensed to practice in Nevada (additional state admissions are a plus)3+ years of insurance coverage litigation experienceStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsComfort handling sensitive, time-sensitive matters and juggling multiple projects at onceSharp instincts for spotting problems early and solving themA strong work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and a team-first mindset Why This One's Worth a Look Benefits The base role is only part of the story.
