About the role

Responsible for promoting the success of the Player's Club, by assisting guests through the membership process, and explaining the benefits of membership.

Education and/or Experience

• High School diploma or General Education degree (GED) or equivalent experience
• One to two years of guest relations experience preferred

Special Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain Title 31 certification
• Must obtain and maintain Louisiana Responsible Vendor Permit
• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be familiar with, and able to operate computers, printers, and card punch machines
