About the role

This position involves maintaining security and safety at a senior living community by conducting interior and exterior rounds, monitoring access, and responding to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic and parking
• Transport residents and staff
• Perform security checks
• Issue visitor passes
• Make minor repairs when needed
• Operate security equipment
• Manage visitor logs
• Communicate arrival of guests to residents and staff
• Act as a First Responder
• Report incidents and follow emergency procedures
• Perform front desk duties
• Enforce facility policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior security or customer service experience preferred
• Valid Texas driver’s license
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
