About the role

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, delivering extraordinary service while handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries. This role is ideal for those with a passion for people and a desire to inspire healthier choices in a fast-paced natural foods retail environment. Many team members begin their careers in this position and advance to other roles throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting shoppers with product locations
• Properly handle and bag customers’ groceries
• Gather carts from outdoor areas
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping and addressing spills
• Collaborate with team members across departments
• Follow all Front End procedures

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude
• Ability to interact effectively with customers
• Flexibility to work a schedule that aligns with business needs
