About the role

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, delivering extraordinary service while handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for people and a desire to inspire healthier choices in a fast-paced natural foods retail environment. Many team members begin their careers in this position and advance to other roles throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product locations and other inquiries.
• Properly handle and bag customers’ groceries.
• Gather carts from outdoor areas.
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping and addressing spills.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to support store operations.
• Follow all Front End procedures and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule that aligns with business needs.
• Outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude with strong customer interaction skills.
