About the role

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, delivering extraordinary service while handling and bagging groceries. You’ll be the face of Sprouts, assisting customers with product locations, gathering carts, and maintaining store cleanliness. This role is ideal for those with a friendly, outgoing attitude and a passion for teamwork. Many team members begin their careers in this position and advance to other roles throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while handling and bagging groceries
• Assist customers in locating products throughout the store
• Gather shopping carts from outdoor areas
• Maintain store cleanliness, including sweeping and addressing spills
• Collaborate with team members across departments
• Follow all Front End procedures and protocols

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude
• Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Flexibility to work a schedule that aligns with business needs
