Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer service ambassador while properly handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries
• Deliver extraordinary customer service — help customers find products, gather carts from outdoors, sweep or pick up spills
• Be the face of Sprouts to customers with a friendly and outgoing attitude
• Work closely with other Team Members throughout the store and follow all Front End procedures
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment; many team members start here and are promoted to other positions across departments

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude
• Ability to interact with customers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business does
• Follow all Front End procedures and collaborate with Team Members throughout the store
