About the role

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, providing inviting experiences that inspire shoppers and team members to make healthier choices. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for people and a friendly, outgoing attitude. Many team members start their careers in this position and are promoted to other roles throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service while handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries.
• Assist customers in finding products throughout the store.
• Gather carts from outdoor areas.
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping and addressing spills.
• Collaborate with other team members and follow all Front End procedures.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and team-oriented attitude.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Outgoing, friendly, and able to interact positively with customers.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate changing business needs.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.75 per hour, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
