About the role

As a customer‑service ambassador you will handle and bag shoppers’ groceries, help customers locate products, gather carts, and keep the store clean. Responsibilities

• Properly handle and bag shoppers’ groceries.
• Assist customers in finding products throughout the store.
• Gather carts from the parking lot and store entrances.
• Sweep aisles and pick up spills to maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Follow all Front End procedures and collaborate closely with other team members.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
• Positive attitude with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that changes with business needs.
• Willingness to follow Front End procedures and work closely with teammates.
