About the role

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, delivering extraordinary experiences to shoppers and team members. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for people and a desire to inspire healthier choices. Many team members start their careers in this position and are promoted to other roles throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Properly handle and bag shoppers’ groceries while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers in finding products throughout the store.
• Gather carts from outdoor areas.
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping and addressing spills.
• Work collaboratively with other team members across store departments.
• Follow all Front End procedures and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable with a friendly, outgoing attitude.
• Positive demeanor and ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that aligns with business needs.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.40 per hour, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
