About the role

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, delivering extraordinary service while handling and bagging groceries. You’ll be the face of Sprouts, assisting customers, gathering carts, maintaining store cleanliness, and fostering a welcoming environment. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to grow their career within the company—many team members start here and advance to other positions throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs
• Properly handle and bag customers’ groceries
• Help customers locate products in the store
• Gather shopping carts from outdoor areas
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping and addressing spills
• Collaborate with team members across departments
• Follow all Front End procedures and protocols

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude
• Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Flexibility to work a schedule that aligns with business needs

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.25 per hour, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
