Overview of Responsibilities

• Act as a customer service ambassador while properly handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries
• Deliver extraordinary customer service
• Help customers find products in the store
• Gather carts from the outdoors
• Sweep or clean up spills
• Serve as the face of Sprouts to customers
• Work closely with other team members throughout the store
• Follow all Front End procedures

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing and friendly behavior
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business does
