About the role

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, delivering extraordinary service while handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries. Your role includes assisting customers with product locations, gathering carts, maintaining store cleanliness, and addressing spills. This position is ideal for those with a friendly, outgoing attitude and a commitment to teamwork. Many team members begin their careers in this role and advance to other positions throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as the face of Sprouts.
• Properly handle and bag customers’ groceries.
• Assist customers in locating products within the store.
• Gather carts from outdoor areas.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including sweeping and addressing spills.
• Collaborate with team members across store departments.
• Adhere to all Front End procedures.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that aligns with business needs.
