About the role

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, delivering extraordinary service while handling and bagging groceries. You’ll be the face of Sprouts, assisting customers with product locations, gathering carts, and maintaining store cleanliness. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow their career within the company. Many team members start here and advance to other positions throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs
• Properly handle and bag groceries
• Help customers locate products in the store
• Gather carts from outdoor areas
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping and addressing spills
• Collaborate with other team members and follow Front End procedures

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude
• Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Flexibility to work a schedule that aligns with business needs

Pay

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50 per hour, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
