About the role

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, delivering extraordinary service while handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries. Your role includes assisting customers with product locations, gathering carts, maintaining store cleanliness, and addressing spills. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as the face of Sprouts.
• Properly handle and bag customers’ groceries.
• Assist customers in locating products throughout the store.
• Gather carts from outdoor areas.
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping and addressing spills.
• Collaborate with team members across store departments.
• Follow all Front End procedures and protocols.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that aligns with business needs.
