As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, delivering extraordinary service while handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries. Your role includes assisting customers with product locations, gathering carts, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as the face of Sprouts
• Properly handle and bag customers’ groceries
• Assist customers in finding products throughout the store
• Gather shopping carts from outdoor areas
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping and addressing spills
• Follow all Front End procedures and collaborate with other team members
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude
• Ability to interact effectively with customers
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
