About the role

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, providing inviting experiences where shoppers and team members are inspired to make healthier choices. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering extraordinary customer service. Many team members start their careers in this role and are promoted to other positions throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Properly handle and bag shoppers’ groceries while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers in finding products throughout the store.
• Gather carts from outdoor areas.
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping and addressing spills.
• Work closely with other team members and follow all Front End procedures.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable with a positive, outgoing, and friendly attitude.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers and work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that aligns with business needs.
