About the role

As one of the fastest growing natural foods retailers, Sprouts Farmers Market seeks Courtesy Clerks who act as customer service ambassadors, creating inviting experiences that inspire shoppers—and team members—to make healthier choices.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service while handling and bagging groceries
• Assist customers with locating products and answering questions
• Gather carts from outdoor areas and maintain cart corrals
• Sweep floors and clean up spills to ensure a safe, welcoming environment
• Represent Sprouts’ friendly, old-fashioned farmer’s market atmosphere

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor
• Positive attitude with strong customer interaction skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that adapts to business needs
• Willingness to follow Front End procedures and collaborate with store teams
