Overview of Responsibilities

• Act as a customer service ambassador
• Properly handle and bag shoppers' groceries
• Deliver extraordinary customer service
• Help customers find products in the store
• Gather carts from outdoors
• Sweep or clean up spills
• Follow all Front End procedures
• Work closely with other Team Members throughout the store

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing and friendly behavior
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business does

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.25 / hour. Sprouts Farmers Market determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant.
