Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer service ambassador
• Handle and bag shoppers' groceries properly
• Deliver extraordinary customer service
• Help customers find products in the store
• Gather carts from the outdoors
• Sweep or pick up spills
• Maintain a friendly and outgoing attitude
• Work collaboratively with team members and understand the positive impacts of teamwork

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing and friendly behavior
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business does
• Follow all Front End procedures and work closely with other Team Members throughout the store
