About the role

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, providing inviting experiences where shoppers and team members are inspired to make healthier choices. You’ll handle and bag groceries, assist customers in finding products, gather carts, and maintain store cleanliness. This role is ideal for those with a friendly, outgoing attitude and a passion for teamwork. Many team members start their careers in this position and advance to other roles throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service while handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries
• Assist customers in locating products throughout the store
• Gather carts from outdoor areas
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping and addressing spills
• Follow all Front End procedures and collaborate with other team members

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude
• Ability to interact effectively with customers
• Flexibility to work a schedule that aligns with business needs
