About the role

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, delivering extraordinary service while handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with customers. Many team members start their careers in this position and are promoted to other roles throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with finding products
• Properly handle and bag groceries
• Gather carts from outdoor areas
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping and addressing spills
• Collaborate with team members across store departments
• Follow all Front End procedures

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude
• Ability to interact effectively with customers
• Flexibility to work a schedule that aligns with business needs

Pay

The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $18.50 per hour, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
