Responsibilities

• Properly handle and bag shoppers’ groceries while delivering extraordinary customer service.
• Assist customers in locating products throughout the store.
• Gather carts from the parking lot and store entrances.
• Sweep aisles and promptly pick up spills.
• Represent Sprouts as the friendly face of the store.
• Follow all Front End procedures and collaborate closely with other team members.
• Serve as a foundation for career growth, with many team members advancing to other store departments.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
• Positive attitude with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
