About the role

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, delivering extraordinary service while handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries. Your role includes assisting customers with product locations, gathering carts, maintaining store cleanliness, and addressing spills. We value a friendly, outgoing attitude and a strong understanding of teamwork. Many team members begin their careers in this position and advance to other roles throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as the face of Sprouts
• Properly handle and bag customers’ groceries
• Assist customers in locating products within the store
• Gather carts from outdoor areas
• Maintain store cleanliness, including sweeping and addressing spills
• Collaborate with other team members across departments
• Follow all Front End procedures

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing and friendly behavior
• Positive attitude and strong customer interaction skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that adjusts with business needs
