About the role

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, delivering extraordinary service while handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries. Your role includes assisting customers in finding products, gathering carts, maintaining store cleanliness, and addressing spills. This position is ideal for those with a friendly, outgoing attitude and a strong understanding of teamwork. Many team members begin their careers in this role and advance to other positions throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as the face of Sprouts
• Properly handle and bag customers’ groceries
• Assist customers in locating products within the store
• Gather shopping carts from outdoor areas
• Maintain store cleanliness, including sweeping and addressing spills
• Collaborate with other team members across store departments
• Follow all Front End procedures

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing and friendly behavior
• Positive attitude and strong customer interaction skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that adjusts with business needs

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.25 per hour, determined based on applicable experience and qualifications.
