About the role

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, delivering extraordinary service while handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries. Your role includes assisting customers with product locations, gathering carts, and maintaining store cleanliness by sweeping or addressing spills. This position is the face of Sprouts to our customers, and we value a friendly, outgoing attitude along with teamwork. Many team members begin their careers in this role and advance to other positions throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while bagging groceries
• Assist customers in locating products within the store
• Gather carts from outdoor areas
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping and addressing spills
• Work collaboratively with other team members across store departments
• Follow all Front End procedures

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing and friendly behavior
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
