A Courtesy Clerk at Rosauers Supermarkets plays a vital role in creating an effortlessly delightful shopping experience. You’ll ensure every customer interaction is rooted in kindness, helping to maintain a clean, welcoming environment and leaving customers with a lasting impression of outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers when entering or leaving the store in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer customer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations.
• Bag customers' purchases swiftly and efficiently.
• Provide carry-out service upon request.
• Retrieve shopping carts from surrounding areas.
• Return merchandise from the check stand area to the display area.
• Replenish check stand supplies such as shopping bags.
• Sweep and mop store floors as needed, keeping other areas of the store clean and tidy.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Unwavering customer focus.
• Adaptable nature and positive attitude.
• Must be 14 years or older.
• Complete a pre-employment background check.
