Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers to address questions or concerns in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Bag customers' groceries in a careful and timely manner and assist customers with loading items into vehicle.
- Absorb customers in obtaining forgotten items from aisles.
- Restock any returned items in appropriate shelf or display case.
- Collect shopping carts to ensure easy accessibility for customers' use.
- Follow safety guidelines of cart retrieval.
- Provide flexibility by helping in any area in order to support store needs.
Skills And Qualifications
Customer Service experience desirable
Physical Demands And Work Conditions
- WALKING: Continuously, throughout shift, while moving about the store and handling merchandise.
- STANDING: Continuously, throughout shift.
- LIFTING: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
