Individual associate hourly rates are based on factors including experience, location, and length of employment.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries efficiently and according to proper bagging techniques
• Assist guests to their vehicles and unload all purchases
• Help guests find items throughout the store
• Maintain total store appearance by conducting hourly store-wide sweeps and bathroom checks
• Respond to clean-up calls
• Retrieve carts from the parking lot
• Perform other store-specific tasks

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Sense of urgency in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic problem-solving abilities
• Basic understanding of the English language, including the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules, and signage
• Ability to multitask and assist guests with questions
• Excellent communication skills with a warm and welcoming personality
