If you’re safety-minded, friendly, and take pride in providing a smooth, professional experience, join the Avis Budget Group team as a Shuttle Driver at our airport locations. In this role, you’ll be one of the first and last impressions our customers have—playing an important part in creating a positive, stress-free travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and our rental car facility
• Greet customers, assist with loading and unloading luggage, and communicate route information and next steps in the rental process
• Ensure each ride is comfortable and welcoming
• Follow all safety procedures and driving standards while providing friendly, attentive customer service throughout the journey

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license (chauffeur license may be required depending on location)
• Previous professional driving experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with a diverse group of customers
• Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive a bus for prolonged periods
• Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• 6 months customer service experience is a bonus
