Court Attorney - Referee

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out hearings, take testimony, and report findings of fact to judges.
• Research and analyze complex legal questions and issues.
• Write confidential memoranda.
• Draft opinions.
• Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar and two (2) years of service in the Associate Court Attorney title.
• Eight (8) years of relevant legal experience gained after admission to the New York State Bar.

Pay

Base Salary: $130,061
