- Ability to communicate well with managers, co-workers, hospital staff, patients and visitors of ECH as well as other facilities
- Conducts his/herself as a self-directed professional, courteous attitude, works independently with minimal supervision
- Maintains strict confidentiality as specifies in hospital policy and procedures
