To help keep our multi-office operations running smoothly behind the scenes, we’re looking for a dependable and proactive Part-Time Courier to join our team. Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver interoffice mail and materials between all Lalor Family Dental locations
• Collect bank deposit bags from each office, record and sign daily deposit logs, and deliver to the bank
• Retrieve and distribute incoming mail/packages to the appropriate office or team member
• Maintain accurate records and follow all courier-related protocols
• Pick up orders from local vendors and deliver as needed
• Assist the Marketing Department with special deliveries or event setups
• Maintain a clean and organized courier workstation
• Ensure secure and proper handling of credit card transactions related to purchases

Requirements

• Highly reliable and punctual with strong time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and protocols
• Comfortable driving a company van and navigating local routes
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
• Helpful attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required

Pay

Hourly rate: $16.00

Schedule

Part-time, 5 days per week (Monday–Friday), mornings typically from approximately 8:00 am – 11:00 am (about 3 hours per day; some days may be slightly more or less depending on operational needs).
