Responsibilities

Timely execution of outgoing and interoffice mail distribution which involves collecting and distributing to departments on various floors.
Timely execution of forms requisitions.
Ability to use a computer, database for inventory.
Ensure company service standards are continually achieved in area of responsibility.
Assist in the opening, closing, and securing of buildings as needed.

Education And Qualifications

High school diploma preferred
3 months office experience or some comparable combination of education and experience
Valid driver's license required
