Courier Associate

Pay

Pay Range: $18.50 - $21.18

Responsibilities

• Completion of assigned courier routes
• Coordination of supply and mail sorting and delivery
• Answering internal customer calls and questions
• Ability to follow procedures and interrogate data
• Basic decision‑making requirements including ongoing focus on risk and fraud mitigation
• Ensuring compliance with regulations
• Working to meet service level expectations and customer service needs
• Complete ongoing training and development goals, including cross training on department tasks to ensure team coverage
• Provide support to internal and/or external customers; cross train on other courier routes as assigned and provide coverage for other team duties as required
• Maintain proficient knowledge of and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position; ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls; ongoing focus on risk and fraud mitigation
