Courier 4pm-1am Monday thru Friday

About the role

This Laboratory courier position requires a detailed, oriented driver that can operate a courier route by picking up samples from facilities and/or other phlebotomists in a timely manner. Hours: 6:30 to 2:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Candidate must be a reliable, confident and safe driver.
• Maintain records of all pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Ensure car maintenance is up-to-date.
• Comply with safe driving precautions.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Quickly respond to pick-up and delivery of samples.
• Maintain open availability.
• Utilize navigation systems and other mobile applications to locate pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Adhere to strict attendance guidelines.
• Comply with all HIPPA guidelines.
• Comply with all company health and safety guidelines.
• Perform data entry.
• Keep office and lab areas clean.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have good oral and written communication.
• Must have proficient in Microsoft office.
• Must have detailed oriented skills.
• Must be flexible with schedule availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• One year of prior job-related experience preferred.
• Previous courier experience preferred.
