Couples Driving Technician Team

About the role

We hire couples and partners only for the role of Driving Technician Team. We provide comprehensive coverage of the continental USA with 100% travel, including weekends. The schedule includes 340+ days OTR per year for full-time positions and 270+ days for seasonal agreements like 9 months on/3 months off or 3 months on/1 month off.

Responsibilities

• Provide health screenings at various industrial locations across the USA.
• Travel 100% of the time, including weekends.
• Must be physically fit and able to carry equipment and power cords, climb in/out of vehicles, walk to/from work sites, and sit/stand for extended periods.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working without direct supervision.
• Both team members must have valid driver's licenses or a Class A CDL license.
• Complete approximately 6-8 weeks of paid training and certification.
• Must be USA citizens.

Requirements

• Willing and able to travel 100% of the time, including weekends.
• 340+ days OTR per year for full-time positions.
• 270+ days for the 9 consecutive month seasonal agreement or 3/1 quarterly agreement.
• Competent in basic technical skills such as computer skills, internet, email.
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks involving carrying equipment, climbing in/out of vehicles, walking to/from work sites, and sitting/standing for extended periods.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working without direct supervision.
• Valid driver's license or Class A CDL license for both team members.
• Clean driving records and ability to pass background checks.
• Complete approximately 6-8 weeks of paid training and certification.
• Must be USA citizens.

Benefits

• Generous flat rate per diem of $240 per day.
• HOTEL REIMBURSEMENT FOR STANDARD ROOMS OVER $110/NIGHT so you never have to pay more than $110 for over-priced rooms!
• Sign-on bonus for new driving teams: $5,000.00 per team with a minimum of a 12-month agreement.
• Company provides vehicles, equipment, and fuel and covers all travel expenses.
• 2 weeks back-to-back vacation each summer for full-time agreements plus bonus week, the start of the new year.
• Seasonal schedules available: 9 months on/3 months off or 3 months on/1 month off (after certification, training, and meeting qualifications).
• Paid training of 6-8 weeks (PAID training provided).
• LIFE ON THE ROAD – 100% travel within regions in the continental USA.

Pay

• MONTHLY SALARY deposited every month.
• SIGN-ON BONUS installments with RETENTION BONUSES for consecutive work years in addition to annual wage raises.

Schedule

• Seasonal schedules available: 9 months on/3 months off or 3 months on/1 month off (after certification, training, and meeting qualifications).

• No pets.
• No smoking inside the mobile testing unit or power unit.
