Couples Driving Technician Team

About the role

We are seeking couples and partners only to join our driving technician team. The position offers a generous flat rate per diem of $240 per day, hotel reimbursement for standard rooms over $110/night capped at $110, a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for new driving teams with a 12-month agreement, and comprehensive coverage of all travel expenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide health screenings at various industrial locations across the USA
• Travel 100% of the time, including weekends
• Work 340+ days OTR per year for full-time positions, or 270+ days for seasonal agreements (9 months on/3 months off or 3 months on/1 month off)
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working without direct supervision
• Complete approximately 6-8 weeks of paid training and certification
• Both team members must be physically fit and capable of carrying equipment and walking to and from work sites

Requirements

• Valid driver's license or one qualified Class A CDL driver
• Competent in basic technical skills such as computer skills, internet, and email
• Physically fit to perform the physical demands of the role
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
• Must be USA citizens
