Couples Driving Technician Team

About the role

We are seeking couples and partners to join our driving technician team. This is an opportunity to travel across the USA providing health screenings at various industrial locations.

Responsibilities

- Provide health screenings at client work sites. - Drive vehicles equipped with mobile testing units. - Ensure a professional appearance and demeanor. - Perform basic technical tasks such as computer skills and internet/email usage. - Lift and escort groups of employees to the mobile unit. - Work flexible hours including weekends, with compensation for overtime.

Requirements

- One team member must hold a CDL Class A with air brake endorsement or both must have a valid Driver's License with a clean record. - Both team members must be able to lift 25-60 lbs. and walk up to 150 yards 3-5 times per hour. - Competent in basic technical skills and physical ability to perform screening services. - Proficient in HCI health screening services and procedures (training provided).

Schedule

- Flexible schedule with 5 days of testing followed by a weekend of rest. - Compensation for overtime worked on weekends. - Seasonal schedules available: 9 months on/3 months off or 3 months on/1 month off (after certification and training).

Pay

- Monthly salary plus daily per diem (up to $240 per day).

Sign-On Bonus

- New driving teams receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus with a minimum 12-month agreement.
