Description of Work
- Child Supervision: Supervise and monitor children during appointments, visitation, court events, and approved activities.
- Placement Support: Assist with admission, placement, and discharge procedures for children in agency custody.
- Home Visit Assistance: Accompany caseworkers on home visits and report observations about child and family functioning.
- Record Management: Obtain and maintain medical, dental, vision, immunization, and related records.
- Transportation Tasks: Transport foster children to visits, school, appointments, and approved activities.
- Resource Coordination: Support communication between the agency and resource families during placement transitions.
Work Schedule and Additional Information
Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Possible travel requiring overnight stays. Possible after-hours appointments for supervised visitation and transportation. Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

Qualifications
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Graduation from high school; or Any equivalent combination of training and experience. Other Requirements: You must meet the PA residency requirement. Legal Requirements
- You must pass a background investigation.
- A conditional offer of employment will require a drug screening.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- You must submit and approve satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
