About the role
The County Manager Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the County Manager and program teams by assisting with daily operations, staff communication, documentation management, and compliance-related activities. This role supports effective service delivery by maintaining organized workflows, accurate records, and positive relationships with individuals served, families, employees, community partners, and regulatory stakeholders.
