About the role
This position supports key quality improvement and oversight efforts within the county. The work strengthens services through planning, review, and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage quality management plans that align with statewide strategies
- Lead risk management activities through data collection and coordination of review processes
- Complete certified investigations and present findings to appropriate teams
- Take part in quarterly peer reviews for certified investigations
- Guide the Independent Monitoring for Quality initiative, including survey and data organization
- Use required systems for early intervention reporting and tracking
- Conduct financial monitoring and annual contract reviews
- Assist with additional tasks that help maintain smooth department operations
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of professional experience in the field of intellectual disabilities, and a bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of experience and training
- You must meet the PA residency requirement
- You must be able to perform essential job functions

Schedule
The work schedule is full-time, with hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional nights and weekends as needed, and overtime may be required.
